Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement events and initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize MS Office and Excel to create reports, analyze data, and support HR projects.
