Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Coordinator responsible for end-to-end client handling, sales coordination, business generation, and revenue growth. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, proposal management, and successful deal closures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end client coordination from inquiry generation to project completion.
Manage client communication through calls, emails, meetings, and CRM platforms.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Generate new business opportunities through follow-ups, references, and client engagement activities.
Support revenue generation by assisting in lead conversion and business closures.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and related documents.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
Track sales opportunities and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with sales, implementation, support, and accounts teams for smooth client onboarding and project execution.
Ensure timely collection of required documents, approvals, and information from clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and revenue status in CRM/Bitrix.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue reports.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure smooth handling of queries, concerns, and service requests.
Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
