Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound sales enquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels promptly and professionally
- Carry and manage the sales phone throughout your working day — responsiveness is essential
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present tailored product solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM
- Follow up on enquiries to maximise conversion rates and minimise lost opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues across all three Moonstone Hammock sites to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and any active promotions or campaigns
Support the wider sales team with any ad hoc tasks and contribute to a positive team culture
