Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Sales and Business Development Executive.
- The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, calling leads, converting them into paying customers to generate revenue and cultivating strong client relationships.
- Additionally, responsibilities include handling CRM, data management, maintaining existing client relationships, and identifying areas for business growth by aligning with the company's goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and B2C sales
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written
- Experience in sales or business development, particularly in the travel, tourism, or related sectors, is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in using CRM tools is a plus
