Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support key account managers in handling enterprise client accounts
- Assist with client onboarding, follow-ups, renewals, and relationship management
- Participate in client calls, review meetings, and product demonstrations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Update and maintain client details and interactions in CRM tools
