Role Description

This is remote position, commission-only role designed for a self-starter who wants total control over their earnings, for a Business Development Executive based in the Delhi/NCR region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. Key activities include managing accounts, fostering partnerships, and using effective communication to present Cacaoly's products and values to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies.
  • Strong skills in Business acumen and Account Management.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup and meet deadlines responsibly.
  • Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry, particularly luxury or artisanal products, is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be currently residing in Delhi or Gurgaon.
  • Mindset: A hunter mentality with a strong preference for performance-based pay over a fixed salary.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or FMCG/Gifting is preferred but not mandatory if you have the right grit.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi with the ability to pitch to high-level corporate decision-makers.
  • Network: An existing network in corporate HR, procurement, or retail is a significant advantage.
