Role Description

As an Interior Sales Lead at Livspace, you will be responsible for driving sales by managing client relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting consultations with clients, understanding their design and renovation needs, developing tailored solutions, and coordinating with designers and project teams. Additionally, you will manage project timelines, budgets, and communication to ensure successful project execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Client Relationship Management skills, with experience in handling customer interactions and inquiries
  • Knowledge of interior design and renovation processes, with the ability to provide tailored solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage project timelines and budgets effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and solutions to clients with confidence
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools or relevant software, and the ability to learn new technologies
  • A customer-centric approach, with problem-solving skills and an ability to work under deadlines
  • Background in interior design, sales, or related fields is preferred, with a bachelor's degree or relevant experience
