Pre-Sales & Client Research:
- Conduct pre-sales research on prospective clients.
- Create and deliver custom presentations (PPTs) tailored to client needs.
- Understand client goals and objectives regarding their digital marketing needs and work with the account team to create a custom strategy.
Sales & Account Management:
- Pitch new clients and fix appointments.
- Upsell digital marketing services to existing clients.
- Lead management including creation, execution, and follow-up.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Support & Relationship Management:
- Ensure client satisfaction during the initial engagement period and maintain ongoing support.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Paid Search, Social Media Marketing, and Banner Advertising is preferred but not mandatory.
- Highly motivated, aggressive, proactive, and a self-starter with leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Outgoing, extroverted, and client-focused.
