Position : Business Development Executive

Location : Chennai

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Professional who can drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective students for our Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Masters Degree Programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and skilled in building strong relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Database Building:
  • Proactively generate prospective student leads through field visits, outreach activities, and market research. Build and maintain an updated database of potential applicants from assigned territories.
  • Institutional Engagement:
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with Heads of Schools and Colleges to create sustainable inquiry pipelines and brand visibility for ICAT.
  • Sales & Conversion:
  • Promote and sell application forms, conduct counseling sessions for students, and meet decision-makers at their home or office to guide them through the admissions process and influence decision-making.
  • Student Counseling:
  • Provide accurate program information, clarify queries, and assist students in selecting the most suitable course based on their interests and career goals.
  • Planning & Reporting:
  • Develop lead-generation strategies for the assigned region and present these plans to the Marketing/Admissions Manager. Provide timely reports on leads, conversions, and market feedback.
