Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through online and offline lead generation channels.
- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Understand client requirements and coordinate closely with designers and architects to prepare proposals and estimates
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely closure of deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales data using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- Prepare presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and related tools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Stay updated on interior design materials, execution processes, pricing, and industry trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 24 years of experience in sales/business development within the interior design or architectural industry
- Strong understanding of interior design fundamentals, materials, workflows, and project execution
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Hindi and local language proficiency is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM software, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
