This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. Day-to-day responsibilities include client relationship management, handling accounts, conducting market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires working closely with the team to develop and execute strategies to reach business objectives.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to explore and create new opportunities for the organization.
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field is advantageous.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented professional with an ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
