Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Management:
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the US staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and close business agreements with clients to achieve revenue targets.
- Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- US Staffing Expertise:
- Leverage experience in US staffing processes to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the US staffing industry, compliance, and hiring trends.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Networking and Relationship Building:
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build rapport with decision-makers and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies and operations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3-6 years) in business development within the US staffing industry.
- Excellent knowledge of US staffing practices, including tax terms (W2, 1099, and C2C) and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
- Willingness to work in night shifts aligning with US time zones.
- Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of revenue generation.
