We are looking for a motivated Junior US Staffing Sales Recruiter to help launch our Medical Device talent division. This is a Hunter role where you will be responsible for marketing our bench of specialized consultants (Quality Engineers, Regulatory Affairs Specialists, etc.) to Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners in the US.
We don't expect you to be a MedTech expert on day one—we will train you on the industry. We need you to bring the energy, the US staffing logic, and the sales drive.
Key Responsibilities- Bench Marketing: Proactively market our consultants to your existing network of vendors and prime partners to secure interview requirements.
- Pipeline Building: Identify and apply to high-quality Non-IT requirements on LinkedIn, Dice, and VMS portals.
- Lead Generation: Cold call and email new account managers at US staffing firms to establish C2C partnerships.
- Negotiation: Negotiate hourly rates for Corp-to-Corp (C2C) and W2 contracts to maximize margins.
- Submission Management: Ensure resumes are formatted correctly and submissions are tracked daily.
What You Must Know (Minimum Requirements)- 1–2 Years Experience: You must have at least one year of experience specifically in US Staffing.
- US Immigration Basics: You must understand F1-OPT, H1-B, and EAD work authorizations.
- Tax Term Knowledge: You must clearly know the difference between W2, C2C, and 1099 models.
- Communication: Exceptional English (verbal and written) is non-negotiable for interacting with US partners.
