Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage system onboarding for contractors by updating and verifying SAP Engaging Manager and HR dashboards.
  • Ensure accurate processing of contractor data across payroll, access services, technology support, procurement, and other teams.
  • Track contractor end dates and manage extension or termination processes by coordinating with hiring managers, approvers, procurement, and vendors.
  • Maintain timely contractor data for DTTS and generate ad hoc reports to track start and end dates.
  • Conduct audits of onboarding activities and implement proactive or reactive measures.
  • Support meaningful reporting and analytics to improve process efficiency and team effectiveness.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned in coordination with the team lead.
