Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, conduct account management, and maintain relationships with existing clients. The role requires collaborating with teams to strategize and implement sales goals and business growth initiatives. Additional tasks include market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business strategies and practices, and Account Management expertise
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and assess new opportunities
• Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field preferred
