Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and managing accounts. Key responsibilities will also include prospecting potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients and contribute to the overall business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong capabilities in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent Business and Communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and build long-term partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in the publishing or book marketing industry is an advantage
  • A proactive mindset, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
