Job Description

A fast-scaling company in the EdTech sector focused on career-upskilling, placement services and enterprise learning solutions. We partner with colleges, corporates and training partners to deliver outcome-driven programs that boost employability and revenue. This role is on-site in India and will focus on building institutional and corporate pipelines that convert at scale.

Primary Title: Business Development Executive

Location: India On-site

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify institutions, corporates and channel partners through targeted outbound outreach and field visits.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure to meet monthly revenue quotas.
  • Build and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM; update deal stages and activity logs daily.
  • Design and present tailored proposals, commercial terms and partnership models for colleges and enterprises.
  • Coordinate with delivery, product and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and program rollout for new partners.
  • Track conversion metrics, identify friction in the sales funnel and implement rapid experiments to improve win rates.
