Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with builders and developers, and collecting project data from the market. The role requires regular field visits, networking with construction industry stakeholders, and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, market research, and networking.
- Develop a continuous pipeline of potential projects and clients.
2. Builder & Developer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, and architects.
- Conduct regular meetings with builders to introduce company products/services.
3. Market Mapping & Project Data Collection
- Collect detailed information on ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Gather builder contact details, project timelines, decision-makers, and project scope.
4. Field Visits & Site Tracking
- Visit construction sites, builder offices, and project locations regularly.
- Track new residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
5. Database Management
- Maintain an updated database of builders, contractors, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure accurate documentation of leads and project information.
6. Lead Qualification & Follow-up
- Evaluate potential leads based on project size and requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
7. Coordination with Sales Team
- Share qualified leads and project data with the sales team for further engagement.
- Support the sales team with project insights and builder relationships.
8. Reporting
- Submit daily and weekly reports on field activities, builder meetings, and leads generated.
