Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad. As a Business Development Executive at Hobfit, you will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients to expand the company's customer base. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored strategies, manage client accounts, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive high-impact initiatives to meet business goals.

Qualifications

* Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation

* Experience in Business and Account Management

* Strong communication skills, including building and maintaining client relationships

* Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales and business development targets

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

* Experience in the healthcare, fitness, or wellness industry is advantageous

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

* Ability to work well in an on-site, team-oriented environment
