Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the management team to execute sales strategies, expand our market presence, and build partnerships that enhance our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and international travel segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key partners.
- Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to senior management.
- Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Graduation (minimum requirement) in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
