We are now hiring a Business Development Manager who can bring in high-quality clients and drive the next phase of agency growth.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing clients across multiple industries, especially businesses that want to scale digitally, improve marketing ROI, or grow sales through marketplaces and paid ads.
This role is fully remote and ideal for someone with strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to sell high-value digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
- Identify and connect with potential clients: cafs, gyms, salons, e-commerce businesses, restaurants, hotels, franchises, and multi-brand chains.
- Leverage personal network (super connects) to bring in fast, high-quality leads.
- Conduct outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and referral channels.
Sales & Pitching
- Pitch Pixelize services: Marketplace management, performance ads, social media, photography, videography, website development.
- Understand each business's current marketing challenges and propose the right solution.
- Create and present customized proposals, growth plans, and 90-day pilot offers.
- Conduct free audits for qualified leads to convert them into paying clients.
Pipeline & Targets
- Maintain strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (or internal systems).
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversion ratios, and revenue targets.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly client acquisition goals.
Relationship Management
- Manage onboarding with internal teams after closing a client.
- Build long-term relationships for upsells and renewals.
- Gather client feedback and share insights to improve company services.
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (agency/SaaS/digital services preferred).
- Strong connections in industries like cafs, gyms, salons, hotels, franchises, retail, or ecommerce.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain digital services in simple, value-driven language.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
Good-to-Have
- Experience selling performance ads, marketplace management, or social media services.
- Prior experience pitching to multi-outlet brands or franchise chains.
- Understanding of digital KPIs (ROAS, ACoS, CPL, conversions).
- Ability to travel locally for high-value deals (optional).
