About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic Academic Counselors to join Project D. In this role, you will work closely with students (Intermediate level) and their parents, helping them navigate academic and career choices with clarity and confidence.
This is a training-driven opportunity for freshers who are passionate about education, communication, and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings
- Understand student aspirations, strengths, and concerns
- Guide students in selecting the right courses, colleges, and career paths
- Counsel parents to help them make informed decisions for their child's future
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students and families
- Simplify complex information about education streams and career options
- Motivate and support students during decision-making phases
- Follow up regularly with leads and ensure high engagement
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and progress
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing/admissions) for smooth conversions
What We're Looking For
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience (training will be provided)
- Strong communication skills (English + Telugu preferred)
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Interest in education, counseling, or student engagement
- Basic awareness of academic streams and career paths (not mandatory)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Working Days & Timings
- 6 Days Working (Weekday Off)
- 11:30 to 8 PM Standard office hours (flexibility based on student/parent availability)
