Role Description:
We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive school partnerships and promote a comprehensive School CRM and Management Application. The role involves generating leads, onboarding schools, conducting product demos, and achieving monthly sales targets & training.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Willing to travel across Hyderabad or anywhere in the country (daily or weekly travel required).
- Identify, approach, and onboard schools for our application and digital modules.
- Experience selling EdTech, SaaS, school ERP/CRM products, or related services.
- Existing network in schools (K–12 segment).
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation follow-ups negotiation closure.
- Present product value / Product demo to Principals, Correspondents, Admin Heads, and School Owners.
- Build strong long-term relationships with school decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Gather client feedback to support product enhancements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven 0-2 and above years experience
- Prior experience in SaaS sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and business opportunities.
