Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern

Location: Hyderabad

Company: Usurp HRTech Solutions Pvt Ltd

Work Mode: Remote (WFH)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM including break

Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month

Duration: 3 months (PPO based on performance)

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms.

● Cold Calling & Pitching: Make outbound calls and present Usurp's services confidently to prospective clients.

● Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular follow-ups.

● Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and service presentations as required.

● Closure & Onboarding: Support in converting leads into clients and coordinate onboarding for new clients.

● Pipeline Management: Maintain and update lead trackers, sales funnel reports, and follow-up schedules.

● Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handover and service delivery.

Requirements

● Available to work in the mentioned working hours.

● Must have a Laptop, mouse and a reliable internet connection.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Confidence in speaking to new people over calls.

● Ability to work independently in a WFH setup.

● Basic understanding of sales/business development OR willingness to learn.

● Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.

● Target-driven mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
