Business Development Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of 

experience to support the company's growth initiatives across business development, marketing, events, 

operations, and strategic projects. The role requires a hands-on individual who is adaptable, proactive, 

and comfortable handling diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lead generation activities through research, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn 

networking.

• Assist in preparing basic proposals, presentations, and client documents as guided by senior 

team members.

• Maintain and update lead trackers/CRM and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support business initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing activities such as social media posts, promotional 

materials, and campaign execution.

• Provide support in organising events, webinars, meetings, and client visits, including logistical 

coordination.

• Assist in vendor follow-ups, documentation, and operational tasks related to business activities.

• Support senior team members in ongoing projects and new business initiatives.

• Handle additional administrative or ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

Experience Required

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, similar role.
