Role & responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and email campaigns.
- Schedule appointments with key decision-makers (CEO Director).
- Effectively pitch recruitment and staffing services.
- Manage multiple leads and follow-ups in an organized manner.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B appointment setting.
- IT Staffing industry experience is a must.
- Previous experience in B2B appointment setting, preferably in recruitment or IT services.
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
