Role: Business Development Executive

Base Location: Noida

Work Mode: Remote

Preferred Candidates from Noida/NCR region/Pune

Job Type: Full-time

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Schedule appointments with key decision-makers (CEO Director).
  • Effectively pitch recruitment and staffing services.
  • Manage multiple leads and follow-ups in an organized manner.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B appointment setting.
  • IT Staffing industry experience is a must.
  • Previous experience in B2B appointment setting, preferably in recruitment or IT services.
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
