Location:Delhi NCR (Field Sales On-site Visits to Restaurants & Hotels)

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive withprior experience working inside premium restaurants or luxury hotels(such as F&B Staff, Floor Supervisors, Guest Relation Executives, Restaurant Captains, Hotel Front Office Executives, Banquet Executives, or Duty Managers).

This role is perfect for someone who understands hospitality operations and wants to transition into ahigh-growth sales/technology role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hospitality-Focused Prospecting

  • Visit premium restaurants, fine-dining outlets, cafs, and boutique hotels.
  • Use your hospitality background to identify operational gaps (order delays, service requests, communication issues).
  • Build a targeted list of restaurants/hotels that can benefit from GEXSA.

2. Product Demonstration & Pitching

  • Meet managers, owners, and F&B decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate the full GEXSA system including:
  • QR-based ordering
  • Butler dashboard
  • Kitchen display system
  • Waitlist & queue display
  • Room service workflow
  • Inventory system
  • Guest profiles and analytics
  • Explain operational benefits using real hospitality examples from your experience.

3. Relationship Building

  • Leverage your hospitality etiquette and communication to build rapport.
  • Maintain relationships with managers, chefs, captains, and hotel executives.
  • Follow up professionally to close deals.

4. Pilot Setup & Staff Training Support

  • Assist restaurants/hotels in a 7-day pilot.
  • Help configure menus, QR codes, table layouts, and basic setup.
  • Provide staff onboarding (waiters, reception, butlers, kitchen staff).

5. Daily Reporting & Lead Tracking

  • Maintain a daily log of visits and interactions.
  • Update CRM/Lead sheet regularly.
  • Give feedback from the field to improve product features.

Required Experience

Mandatory

  • Experience working inside apremium restaurant or 4/5-star hotelsuch as:
  • Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
  • Restaurant Captain or F&B Supervisor
  • Hotel Front Office Staff
  • Duty Manager or F&B Executive
  • Banquet Executive
  • Steward with strong communication skills
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Table service
  • Order flow between service staff and kitchen
  • Guest handling
  • Front office/reception operations
  • Room service operations

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Polite, professional body language.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with hospitality staff.
  • Basic comfort with mobile/web apps (no technical background required).
  • Strong understanding of guest experience challenges.

Preferred

  • Previous sales experience in POS, SaaS, hospitality tech, or corporate tie-ups.
  • Existing contacts inside the hospitality industry.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: 20,000 35,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • High performance incentives (per restaurant activation)
  • Travel reimbursement + phone allowance
