Role Description

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying and pursuing business opportunities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating and converting leads, and conducting market research to identify new areas of growth. The role involves working closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of financial products, banking services, and market dynamics
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and business networking
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA is preferred)
• Prior experience in business development or sales within the financial services sector is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
