Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, primarily located in Bengaluru South, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and generating leads to expand the company's customer base. The Business Development Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhance the company's market presence, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams on growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential opportunities.
- Strong background in Business and Account Management to build long-term relationships and oversee client portfolios.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in planning and executing sales strategies, along with market research capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the technology sector, particularly in digital transformation services, will be advantageous.
- Ability to work in a hybrid, fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving growth-oriented goals.
