Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategy-driven Business Development Executive who understands the influencer marketing industry and can drive B2B sales, brand acquisition, and long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, understand sales targets and revenue growth strategies, and be capable of independently managing the business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate and convert B2B leads for influencer marketing campaigns and digital branding solutions
  2. Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  3. Identify potential brands, agencies, and business opportunities in the market
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaborations
  5. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking
  6. Lead sales pitches, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client servicing
  8. Maintain sales pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting processes
  9. Collaborate with strategy and influencer teams to create customized campaign solutions for brands
  10. Work towards revenue generation, client retention, and business expansion goals

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, or advertising agencies is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong networking capabilities
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure environments
