Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to present and promote company services.
- Process and manage all customer purchases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify, qualify, and generate promising leads through proactive outreach.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Use company-provided sales scripts effectively to handle objections and close deals.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of company products and services to make tailored recommendations.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly targets in both call volume and sales.
- Conduct virtual client meetings to demonstrate services, products, and applications.
- Research market trends and analyse competitor strategies to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
