Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, including cold calling, to prospective and existing customers.
Generate sales revenue and achieve gross margin targets from assigned tele-sales accounts as per business plans.
Identify, generate, and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
Manage and grow existing accounts while ensuring market share retention within assigned territories/accounts.
Maintain a healthy and up-to-date pipeline of qualified prospective clients.
Follow up regularly with clients to understand requirements and close sales opportunities.
Track potential customers, their requirements, and interaction history using CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle tele-sales activities and build customer relationships remotely.
Target-driven mindset with good analytical and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools.
Ability to understand technical or scientific products and explain them clearly to customers.
Preferred Experience :
Qualification - B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology OR B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience in tele-sales, digital sales, or inside sales (life sciences/pharma background preferred).
Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage
