Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Business Development Executive. The role involves achieving new business development targets, identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, and nurturing long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying opportunities for growth, engaging with prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic business solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting sales KPIs and preparing reports to track progress.

  • Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Knowledge of business operations and proficiency in Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and analytics platforms is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline is desirable
