Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth for our service-based offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and research new markets, industries, and customer needs to expand the company's service portfolio.
  • Generate leads and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell company services by understanding and anticipating client objectives.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide reliable feedback, after-sales support, and ongoing account management to ensure client retention.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support entry-level sales staff, helping them grow into effective sales professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-5 years) as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role within a service-based company.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in customer support or account management is an added advantage.
