Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets to expand the customer base and revenue streams.
- Drive IT sales and marketing initiatives to promote the company's software products and services.
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and business development activities.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain a professional sales profile and brand presence for the company.
- Represent the company at business forums, networking events, and relevant communities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and lead nurturing.
- Engage C-level and senior stakeholders to present solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and solution teams to develop tailored proposals, RFP responses, product demos, and pricing models.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in IT services, software, or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated success achieving sales quotas and closing mid- to large-ticket deals.
Preferred
- Experience selling ERP, or custom software development services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
