About Get Closers:

We are creating the next generation of top 1% closers! If you are someone who enjoys and relishes sales, this is the place to be.

We work with top coaches, consultants in India and around the world, helping them scale their businesses to the next level.

Currently, We are working with New Money Matrix, who wants to bring on new talent to scale their sales team. 

Compensation:

Base Salary: Upto 4.5 LPA (Based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives on top of base pay

With the volume of leads in this role, incentives are tied to real earning potential.

Job Type: Remote (India) | Full-Time | 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM | Weekly Off: Tuesday

New Money Matrix provides practical, step-by-step guidance to help beginners and professionals alike start and scale profitable YouTube channels, even without showing their face or having prior experience. Programs are designed to break down complex strategies into easy-to-follow systems that deliver real, measurable results.

The Role:

Leads come in warm, pre-qualified, and ready to speak. These are people who have already attended a live session, understood the offer, and shown genuine interest.

Every morning, you start with a pipeline that is already active.

This is not a cold calling role. You will not be chasing uninterested prospects or trying to force conversations that were never meant to happen. 

Your role is not to create interest from nothing. Your role is to step into an active conversation, build confidence, handle objections with clarity, and close.

If you know how to work with pace, manage momentum, and close consistently, this is the role for you.

What will you be closing

  • You will be speaking with people who already know who we are and why they came in.
  • They have watched Rudy live, paid attention to the message, and entered the pipeline with intent. 
  • Your job is not to overexplain or oversell. It is to understand where the prospect stands, guide the conversation properly, and move the deal forward with confidence.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has real closing experience - not just aspirations but demonstrated success
  • Is comfortable meeting and exceeding targets month on month.
  • Knows how to handle serious sales conversations
  • Thinks clearly under pressure, and responds well when objections come up
  • Does not lose control of the call, but knows how to guide it, when to push, and when to step back.
  • Is very disciplined

A strong pipeline means very little without proper follow-through. 

This role requires someone who stays organized, keeps records updated, and treats each opportunity with the attention it deserves.

You should also be comfortable working independently. This is a remote role, so personal accountability matters. We are strongly prioritizing immediate joiners.

This Role may not be a fit if:

  • You need a long ramp-up period before you can begin closing
  • You treat CRM updates as secondary
  • You depend on call volume alone without adjusting your approach during live conversations
  • You have not handled consultative or trust-based sales before
