Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven USA International Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective customers, understand their business needs, and promote IndiaFilings international services including company formation, taxation, accounting, compliance, and legal support.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer handling abilities, and familiarity with US business markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound leads and outbound sales calls for USA-based customers
  • Explain company formation, tax filing, bookkeeping, compliance, and legal services
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with international clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
  • Understand US market requirements and customer expectations
  • Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and video meetings
  • Upsell relevant services to existing clients
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
Experience:
  • 1–4 years in international sales / US sales / BPO sales / SaaS sales preferred
  • Freshers with excellent communication may also apply
Mandatory Skills:
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Neutral accent with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in cold calling and consultative sales
  • Ability to work in US shift timings
  • CRM software knowledge
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of US business registration, taxation, or accounting
  • Experience in legal-tech, fintech, or compliance sales
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot
