We help mid-market firms establish their first international operations from site selection and facility setup to talent acquisition and ongoing operations. The OpportunityWe're hiring two Business Development Executives to drive sales across two key markets: one focused on the UK & Europe market, and the other on the APAC market. Both roles are based out of our Bengaluru office. You'll own the full sales cycle from identifying and reaching out to prospects, to nurturing relationships and closing deals.
What You'll DoResearch and build a pipeline of target companies in your assigned market (UK/Europe or APAC) that are exploring or could benefit from setting up a GCC in India
Run outbound prospecting campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads
Engage with C-suite and senior decision-makers at mid-market companies to understand their offshoring and capability center needs
Own the sales process from first touch to close, working closely with the founding team to tailor proposals and pitch decks
Track and manage your pipeline using CRM tools, keeping data clean and reporting on progress regularly
Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics in the GCC and offshoring space
Collaborate with the team on refining messaging, outreach strategies, and go-to-market approaches
What We're Looking For13 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
A self-starter who's comfortable with outbound outreach and not afraid of cold calls or cold emails
Strong written and verbal communication skills you'll be reaching out to senior executives across geographies
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and prospecting best practices
Organised, metrics-driven, and able to manage your own pipeline independently
Curiosity about the GCC/offshoring industry and eagerness to learn fast
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
