Salary Structure:
First 6 Months (Monthly) -
Rs.30,000 Fixed + Variable Pay (Based On Revenue Generation)
After 6 Months -
Rs.35,000 Fixed + Variable Pay (Based on performance)

Responsibilities:
- Find and qualify prospects using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, inbound form fills, and curated lists; execute multi-channel outreach via email, calls, and social.
- Run discovery, document requirements, and build target-account lists; execute account-based marketing plays with tailored messaging and sequences.
- Create customized proposals, pricing decks, and SOW outlines; schedule, lead, and document meetings/demos with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery to align offers, case studies, and ABM content; coordinate smooth handoffs for onboarding.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (e.g., stages, notes, next steps), forecast pipeline, and report weekly on meetings booked, pipeline value, and revenue influence.
Requirements
- 3+ years in business development/client acquisition, preferably in a marketing agency or similar B2B services environment.
- Proven prospecting ability; hands-on with Apollo.io, email sequencing, and LinkedIn; comfortable leading client calls and negotiations.
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills; ability to tailor solutions by industry and buyer role.
- Experience executing ABM (ICP definition, account tiering, contact mapping, multi-threaded outreach).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and time management; proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and a modern CRM (e.g., Zoho/HubSpot).
