Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business for Forex services (Retail Forex, Corporate Forex, Travel Card, Remittances, etc.)
- Develop and manage relationships with corporates, travel agents, institutions, and walk-in customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and tie-ups
- Coordinate with travel agencies, corporates, colleges, hospitals, and exporters/importers
- Conduct field visits and client meetings
- Support branding and visibility activities (events, stalls, digital promotion)
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide accurate forex product information and quotations
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-ups
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and retention activities
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to RBI, FEMA, AML/KYC, and company policies
- Maintain proper documentation and sales records
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and sales reports
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth transaction processing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business / Marketing or related field
- Knowledge of Foreign Exchange regulations and products preferred
- Experience in Forex, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services is an advantage
Experience
- 13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in Forex / Banking / Financial Services preferred
