Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Job Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Executive Frillory Design House1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through references, site visits, cold calling, social media, architects, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of residential and commercial interior projects.
  • Fix meetings and conduct client presentations to explain design services.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Understand client requirements, budget, and project expectations.
  • Act as the first point of contact between client and design team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Sales & Revenue Target Achievement
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in coordination with the design and estimation team.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers for scope clarification.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
  • Follow up on project milestones for payment tracking.
5. Market Research & Strategy
  • Study market trends in interior design, architecture, and construction.
  • Identify competitor strategies and pricing benchmarks.
  • Suggest new business strategies and promotional activities.
6. Brand Promotion & Networking
  • Represent Frillory Design House at exhibitions, networking events, and site meetings.
  • Build relationships with real estate developers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Promote company services through digital platforms and referrals.
7. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, proposals, and closures.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track inquiries, conversions, and revenue status.
8. Payment Follow-ups
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoice generation.
  • Follow up with clients for advance payments and stage-wise billing.
Key Skills Required
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of interior design & construction terminology
  • Client handling and presentation skills
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of BOQ, costing, and project timelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry - Architecture / Interior Designing firm
    • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • CRM experience is preferred
