Job Description

Furnistaa India is on the lookout for a confident, well-connected, and high-energy Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven exposure to the Building Material or Furnishing industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the dynamic world of interior design, furniture, and B2B collaborations.

As a key representative of Furnistaa India, you will be responsible for expanding our network of Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Heads, converting professional connections into long-term business partnerships, and strengthening the brand's presence across India. You will play a strategic role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing high-value clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys networking, travelling, leading from the front, and contributing to the growth of a design-focused brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B lead generation and business growth within the Building Material / Furnishing segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Heads.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and execution teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
  • Maintain client data, business reports, and performance updates systematically.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to consistently achieve business targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities with a confident and professional personality.
  • Proven experience in the Building Material or Furnishing industry.
  • Strong industry network, especially among Interior Designers (IDs).
  • Effective follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 7 years in Business Development (B2B preferred).
  • Industry Background: Building Material or Furnishing.
  • Gender: Female candidates (Preferred)
  • Age: Not above 45 years.
