Position Business Development Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 12 Years

Timings: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM

CTC: 2.5 3 LPA (Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives)

What You'll Do:

  • Research and identify new leads & business opportunities
  • Outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking events
  • Assist in creating proposals, pitch decks & presentations
  • Attend client meetings to understand business pain points
  • Maintain CRM and track sales pipelines
  • Work closely with founders on growth and revenue initiatives
  • Represent Untapd at industry events & meetings

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good research & prospecting abilities
  • High ownership mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups & conversations with decision-makers
  • Interest in marketing, startups, and agency ecosystems is a strong plus
