Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business strategies. The role involves preparing sales proposals, conducting market research, and participating in industry events to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and online research
  • Understand client requirements and present company products/services accordingly
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Support senior business development managers in closing deals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Meet daily/weekly lead generation and sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any graduate (BBA, BCom, MBA, or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development concepts
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, CRM tools)
