Job Overview:

As a Business Development Executive for industrial training solutions under RadiumXR, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts within the industrial and corporate training sector. Your primary focus will be to ensure successful adoption, deployment, and long-term engagement of our XR-based industrial training solutions.

You will oversee smooth client onboarding, coordinate implementation processes, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire engagement lifecycle. Working closely with industrial clients, technical teams, and project delivery teams, you will ensure that XR training simulations are effectively deployed to meet operational, safety, and skill development objectives.

This role requires strong collaboration between clients and internal teams to deliver measurable value, improve training outcomes, and enhance overall safety and performance standards within industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Client Onboarding & Support: Ensure smooth onboarding and guide clients in effectively using radiumXR solutions.
  • Account Management: Monitor client accounts, usage, and timelines; manage renewals and follow-ups.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Client Success & Retention: Track client satisfaction and proactively work to improve engagement and retention.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing additional XR solutions or services.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and share regular updates with management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of proven experience in a similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or EC/ All engineering background.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-focused approach.
  • Interest in technology, XR, or immersive solutions is a plus.
