JD for Business Development Executive:
Key Responsibilities
Drive aggressive lead generation through structured outreach, cold calling, and
prospecting activities
Perform high-volume calling to identify new business
opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients to convert opportunities into
revenue
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable corporate loan solutions
aligned with their business needs
Clearly explain and promote various corporate loan products to potential clients,
addressing queries and objections effectively
Collect client data, documentation, and requirements and coordinate with
internal teams for smooth processing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, conversations, and follow
ups in CRM/database systems
Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless
handover and deal progression
Consistently achieve individual KPIs, daily activity metrics, and monthly sales
targets
Contribute actively to revenue growth through market intelligence, competitor
insights, and proactive client engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
01 year of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or
corporate loan/financial product sales (Freshers with strong sales aptitude are
welcome)
Experience or exposure in selling corporate loans or financial solutions is highly
preferred
Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver persuasive, solution
oriented pitches
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Highly target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Strong collaboration and coordination skills
