Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the BFSI sector. The role demands expertise in sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships to drive growth and expand FinanceKaart's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the BFSI domain
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies
Lead and mentor sales executives for business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) for seamless execution
Represent FinanceKaart in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA preferred) in Finance, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 6 moths of experience in BFSI sector (Loans, Insurance, Investment, or related)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of fintech innovations and digital financial products is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment
