Role Description

The Business Development Executive will play an integral role in expanding Profession Hike's network and client base. This full-time, on-site role located in Gomti nagar involves identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role includes market research, negotiating contracts, preparing pitches, and ensuring an exceptional experience for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Negotiation, Sales Strategy, and Contract Management expertise
• Market Research and Data Analysis capabilities
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the education or EdTech industry is an advantage
