Job Description
- Give Presentation to potential customers and explain the benefits of our products or services.
- Use scripts and product knowledge to engage customers and answer their questions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Accurately record customer information and sales data in our Robust CRM system.
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall performance.
- Continuously update product knowledge and sales skills by attending training sessions and workshops.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive timely and relevant support.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and industry regulations to advise clients offers &opportunities.
- Convert leads to Business
