Company: F5 Events & Services (Cozycraft Rentals / Event Production Division)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3–4 Years (Events / Production Industry Mandatory)

Work Type: On-field + Client-Facing Role (6 days/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the events ecosystem inside-out—someone who has already worked with event production, rentals, weddings, or experiential setups.

This is a frontline revenue role where your focus will be:

  • Bringing in high-quality leads
  • Converting clients
  • Building long-term partnerships with planners, corporates, and vendors

If you've only done generic sales, this role is not a fit.

We're specifically looking for someone who knows how event deals move.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in weddings, corporate events, and private setups
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead → meeting → pitch → negotiation → closure
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
2. Industry Networking & Partnerships
  • Develop relationships with event planners, wedding planners, venues, and vendors
  • Generate business through referrals and strategic partnerships
  • Represent the brand in client meetings and industry interactions
3. Client Handling & Conversion
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into viable production solutions
  • Present offerings confidently (decor, rentals, setups, production capabilities)
  • Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations effectively
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with operations and execution teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Align client expectations with on-ground execution realities
  • Maintain clear communication across departments
Who We're Looking For
  • 3–4 years of business development / sales experience in events, production, rentals, or weddings(mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of event production workflows and client expectations
  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable in face-to-face client interactions
  • Ability to close deals, not just generate leads
  • Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi

Compensation
  • Fixed salary (based on experience)
